Finding Calm
In today’s world, finding calm is more important than ever. There’s a lot going on, our daily lives can be overwhelming, and it may seem that we never get a chance to slow down. Many of us are constantly on high alert, which can be physically and mentally exhausting. Hakomi practices invite us to settle into our own internal landscapes—slowly, spaciously, and mindfully. In this workshop, participants will explore underlying beliefs around safety, and they’ll receive opportunities to find nourishment and calm. Prior Hakomi experience is not a prerequisite.
This half-day, in-person workshop, intended for both personal and professional growth, is comprised of short presentations and exercises led by certified Hakomi teachers, who will be available to offer support and feedback. The event will begin at 9:00 am and end at 12:30 pm on each scheduled day. Eligible attendees will receive 3 CEUs.
